This Privacy Policy describes how Crednovarytqx SpA (hereinafter, ‘Crednovarytqx’, ‘we’ or ‘the platform’) collects, uses, stores and protects the personal data of users who interact with the website crednovarytqx.com from Chile or any other jurisdiction. It is built around Law 19.628 on the Protection of Private Life and the updates introduced by Law 21.719 (in force from 2026), as well as relevant international standards such as the GDPR when residents of the European Economic Area are involved.
1. Data controller

2. What data we collect
We process: (a) identification data (name, RUT or foreign identification document, date of birth); (b) contact data (email, telephone, postal address); (c) financial information necessary to assess your investor profile; (d) browsing and device data (IP, identifiers, language, time-zone); (e) data you voluntarily share through forms, surveys or customer support channels.
3. Purposes of processing
We use your data to: (i) manage your registration and access to the platform; (ii) execute investment, repayment and reporting operations; (iii) comply with anti-money-laundering, taxation and prudential obligations applicable to crowdfunding operators; (iv) prevent fraud and protect platform integrity; (v) send you, only with your consent, communications about new projects, market reports or events.
4. Legal basis
Processing relies on: the performance of a contract (your participation in real estate crowdlending operations), compliance with legal obligations (financial regulation, AML/CFT), your explicit consent (marketing and certain cookies) and our legitimate interest in keeping the platform secure and improving the user experience.
5. Sharing with third parties
We may share data with: payment service providers and banks operating in Chile, identity-verification providers, accounting and legal advisors, cloud-infrastructure providers and competent authorities when legally required. We never sell your data to third parties.
6. International transfers
When data is hosted on infrastructure outside Chile, we ensure that the destination country offers an adequate level of protection or that contractual safeguards equivalent to those required by Law 21.719 and the GDPR are in place.
7. Retention
We retain personal data only for the period strictly necessary to fulfil the purposes described, plus the legal terms applicable to financial operators in Chile (generally six years after the end of the contractual relationship).

You can exercise the rights of access, rectification, deletion, opposition, portability and limitation, as well as withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to privacidad@crednovarytqx.com. We will respond within the legal terms set by the Chilean data-protection authority.

We apply organisational and technical measures such as encryption in transit and at rest, strict access controls, security audits and continuous staff training to protect your data.
10. Updates
We may update this policy to reflect changes in the law or in our services. Substantive changes will be communicated through the platform with reasonable notice.
